The Wearable Art Awards accepts entries from artists and designers around the world. Participating artists have an opportunity to not only win prize money, but also have their artwork modeled during a live performance and displayed as part of an exhibit. Prize money is awarded to the winners of the event's categories and special awards, as decided by a panel of judges and the public. The next installment of the Wearable Art Awards will be taking place in February - April of 2011. The 2011 Call for Entry contains information on the 2011 categories and special awards and explains how an artist may participate.
